Yes. A link opens the ride in Trotr. If they do not have the app, the same link opens the Get Trotr page. After they install Trotr, they tap the link again.
Yes. Trotr is for horse riding.
Only during a ride you choose to share, and when you place an incident pin. Trotr does not collect your location while you are idle. You choose when a ride starts and finishes, and who can watch.
When you finish, watchers can see that the ride is complete. If a ride runs overdue, or there is no movement, Trotr alerts the watchers you chose.
SOS alerts the people you have chosen, with your location. It is not a replacement for calling 999.
Watcher is free forever. Rider Free is £0. Rider Plus is normally £4.99/month or £49.99/year. Early Rider is £0 for your first 3 months of Rider Plus, then £2.99/month if you join during Early Rider.
